USING THIS SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE

BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US,

SUPERSEDING ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER

COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS LICENSE.

COPYRIGHT

The Callisto program (hereafter referred to as the "Program") and all accompanying

documentation (hereafter referred to as "Documentation") is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

You must treat the Program and Documentation like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may

either make one copy of the Program solely for backup or archive purposes.

LICENSE

MarsJupiter LTD hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Program and accompanying Documentation

contained in the shareware distribution package (hereafter called the "Shareware Package") you received. The Shareware Package

consists of copies of the Program and Documentation received via an electronic transfer mechanism or an electronic storage medium

including, but not limited to, diskette, hard disk, removable disk, tape or optical devices such as CD-ROM.

You may use the Shareware Package on one or more computers provided there is no chance that it will be used simultaneously on more

than one computer.

You are not obtaining title to the Program or Documentation or any copyright rights. You may not sub-license, lease, rent, sell, convey,

translate, modify, decompile, incorporate into another product, convert to another programming language, reverse engineer or

disassemble the Program or Documentation for any purpose.

TERM AND TEST PERIOD

You are permitted to use the Shareware Package for a trial period of thirty (30) days from the date the Program and Documentation was

installed on your PC for evaluation purposes only. If you continue to use the Program after the trial period, you must register the Program by

sending the required payment to MarsJupiter.

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the Program, Documentation, and all copies thereof. This

license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions herein. You agree, upon such termination, to destroy the

Program, Documentation, and all copies thereof.

When a new version of the program is available MarsJupiter reserve the right to halt old versions of the Program both Shareware and Full Purchased versions

, from functioning, as long as MarsJupiter have made available an upgraded version for download.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES

The Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of

merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the author, MarsJupiter or anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or delivery of

this Program be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this

program , even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISTRIBUTION

You may freely distribute the Shareware Package via any electronic transfer mechanism or storage medium providing it is not altered or

distributed as part of any other system.

You may not distribute any registration code details for the Program under any circumstances.
